Now, I personally would be lenient and let a person who wishes to join the NSWCA on the day of the AGM.However it has come to my attention that if a meeting is lenient and accepts a membership once the meeting has been brought to order Then there could be objections from the attendees at the agm and would be able to take the matter to the Department of Fair Trade. It may be viewed as Favoritism on the part of the chair.
In fact it does make sense to me now. What what i thinking?
